dan & mary: i do

for one day...for one wedding day-let's just throw traditions into the wind! dan and mary did their own thing and made their day uniquely theirs.
I met dan and mary at their home in oakville on saturday morning where they were getting ready...together. the dress was hanging... dan had already seen it...
dan even helped mary into her dress and tied it {it's kinda like tying hockey skates} romantic...i think so.
i love these next few images-i know Mary will treasure these.
the ring-it's the engagement ring her Dad gave to her Mom.
dan also slipped on her little shoes for her-can anyone say prince charming??
mary-you're a lucky girl!
the flowers and event design were done by the talented vintage design company- just wait until you see the venue! gorgeous!
and together they left for their ceremony... but not before a quick steamy kiss in their sauna-just for kicks!
dan and mary had their ceremony and reception at the beautiful vineland estates winery.
after we had walked the beautiful grounds at the winery, dinner was served in the carriage house... it's always pretty wonderful dining at vineland estates...but tonight was exceptionally beautiful. as i mentioned earlier, vintage design company provided the flowers and i don't think they could've fit one more flower on the table. gorgeous.
dinner was lovely...there was some live music...
and i left the couple to celebrate with their family.
thank you dan and mary for including me in your wedding day. it was an honour to meet your family and to have dinner with you. congratulations and happy wishes for a wonderful life together.
other vendors involved in making this a lovely day... niagara classic cabs was the transportation for the day, reverend derek was the officiant and thank you to the staff at vineland estates winery-always amazing- and a little shout out to the wedding specialist extraordinaire, diane! happy wedding season to you all!

Congrats to you both!!! You both looked amazing and the wedding was definitely a reflection of you both! The photos are beautiful and are a wonderful rememberance of your special day. You know I’ll be asking for a few…The last shot is the “Money” shot! Stunning!!!!!
