hard rock cafe: vegas

We arrived safely at the MGM and revisited our favourite Irish Pub. The band was playing, the food was great and the company...well, they're a bit nuts-but I love 'em!

Krista, Sandra and Rosita. I'm quite surprised that Sandra hasn't ditched us-if it weren't for her...we'd probably be still sitting at the Buffalo airport.

So we're at WPPI-a tradeshow and convention and over the next week there will be over 12,000 photographers in the building. This year I'm taking in a class with Greg Gibson--chatting about Photojournalism and I'm so looking forward to shooting tomorrow! So come back for those images. Krista, Sandra and I all chose different Photographers and it amazed me how perfect the fit was for each of us.

There's no better way to unwind than to chat with a few girlfriends over dinner. We thought we'd find a quiet place-where we could chat about our day... right.

There's nothin' quiet about the Hard Rock Cafe and because we had the most fabulous time... I dedicate this blog post to all the servers who made our bellies hurt from laughter! You guys gave us a great memory and it all started with our server Christian:

Who was challenged to send as many servers to our table for a picture as he possibly could...and one by one they came-the more servers the more points he would score on his survey. GAME ON!

On the left is 'Meatloaf' : ) MEATLOAF!

And Christian had a challenge of his own for Krista... a little game of rock, paper, scissors...

We heart Gene Simmons... and his gross tongue-that ended up on the floor. euw.

Over the next few days we'll be visiting with friends, learning from some pretty amazing photographers, photographing vegas-oh...and we're working the shoot sac booth at the trade show!

OMG I want to be there SO bad! man you guys are livin it up! this is what lifes all about you know….exactly what your doing. Having fun and laughing yoru a$$es off! Good for you! looks like the staff are adding to the fun! Woot woot! I’m so jealous!
